"Time of cooking" is included. A second field is planned. We would understand it as "Total time of Coking". e.g. Souerdough (Sauerteig in German). Preparation time: 60 min, Total time 3 days. You could of course use it as you like.

To 3. :
Please specify. Do not understand. Link from where to where? With the multi module you have a lot of possibilities.

Another related idea is to classify recipes as "Quick Meal". "Fast Food" could have another meaning.

Useful for searching recipes the days the user has less time for cooking.
Could be solved in different ways. Solution not yet decided.

don't bother about the language. Not everyone can be born in Oxford(GB) Personally I'm still trying to fulfill a promise to one of my teachers -- to learn french.

Your idea of linking a table row to a recipe wouldn't be a problem for anyone who has some knowledge of Joomla and the Php programming language. Just create a database table, a program to maintain the data and one to show it in the frontend. In addition to your "Title of book", "Author", "N°", "Name of recipe" I would add the id from the db table. Adding some more functionality to the view, like searching, sorting and paging, would of course need some more programming.
