I'm running Joomla 1.5.23 and Gary´s Cookbook 3.0.13.

I'm wondering if it's possible to export my recipe data, and import into the new Joomla 1.7 and Gary's Cookbook version.

I've searched the forums and not found a solution. Please forgive me if this has been discussed, I've not been able to locate any info.
Can anyone help me?! I have hundreds of recipes, and don't want to lose them!

The goal is not to loose any data but this depends on the coming Joomla! upgrade. Meanwhile you should upgrade your Cookbook version to the latest. An upgrade procedure will be based on the latest version. Please read the help/faq regarding upgrades/updates to know how to...
